The course offers a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of the Port State Control New Inspection Regime, as well as the USCG and AMSA requirements, enhance awareness and preparedness for Port State Control Inspections and help achieve compliance with the requirements concerning safety integrity of the vessel and pollution prevention. Also the course focuses increasingly on items that may result in the most common and critical as well as detainable deficiencies which could cause possible delays to ships and financial losses to operators and the means of how to avoid these deficiencies.
