About the Speaker
Siva Shanmugam is a certified Master Mariner with 30 years’ experience at sea and ashore. He has held roles including Superintendent, Marine Manager, Fleet Manager, and Company DPA/CSO, overseeing safety, compliance, training including working for one of the biggest oil majors before transitioning to RightShip. Currently, as an Inspections Manager at RightShip, he is leveraging deep operational expertise to advance maritime safety, risk management, and performance standards.
