This example shows how the AQS and SQLearn cooperated for the production of multimedia educational material and the creation of an integrated electronic environment using the product e learning Suite.

The challenge:

AQS is a consulting company which has been providing traditional educational programs for many years. Participants attend courses and receive printed educational material. After the training is complete, as is in all such programs, the learners can only go back to their notes, if they have kept any. AQS decided to invest in an alternative. To provide the learners with electronic learning materials, incorporating video and the key points of the courses.

The approach:

• Collaborating to create educational content

SQLearn’s team worked with AQS’s instructors for the creation of content according to the designing principles of digital material. At the same time the traditional courses held were recorded (videotaped). The material collected and produced a variety of online courses.

• Production of multimedia content

SQLearn’s production team created the online course which incorporated images, video, sound recordings, texts, self-assessment and the help files deemed necessary by the instructors of AQS, in order for it to be an effective learning process.

• E-learning environment – Platform

To provide the educational material, an electronic environment was created with the logos and visual appearance selected by AQS. This enabled students of traditional learning programs to access, at any time the e-learning materials.

The electronic environment created via the e-learning Suite product, incorporates asynchronous learning platform Moodle and DimDim platform for synchronous training. It is in an integrated solution that enables global management of records, users, courses and virtual classes.

The result:

We created AQS’s electronic environment in which we integrated courses as well as a series of lessons from SQLearn’s the digital library on basic IT skills.

An online course on the subject of Cost Cutting was also created and is supplied to learners that enrolled in traditional courses as well as stakeholders who do not have the time or ability to attend a program of classical education.
